Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Elastica website at https://elastica.club/ (the "Website"). By using Elastica on any device—mobile, tablet, or desktop—you agree to this Refund Policy and all applicable terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

We may change this Refund Policy at any time without notice, effective upon its posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Service shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy. If you do not agree to this Refund Policy, please do not use this Service.

Purchase and Access

You can buy access to Elastica's paid content (the "Service") via:

  • Bank Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

The cost of the Purchase (either one-time payment or subscription payment) is provided within the Service on the relevant checkout screen.

Your access to content begins immediately after your transaction is successfully verified and you are directed to the website.

Payments are processed by third-party providers, and Elastica does not store or handle your payment information directly.

General Refund Terms

All purchases are considered final and non-refundable. However, under certain conditions, you may be eligible for a refund of either a one-time payment or your most recent subscription fee.

Refunds may be granted under these circumstances:

1. Technical Issues Preventing Use

If technical problems make it impossible to use Elastica within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund by providing:

  • Your device model and operating system details
  • A clear description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
  • Screenshots or screen recordings showing the issue
  • Any additional details necessary to help us understand the problem

Examples of eligible issues: app crashes, failure to launch, or buttons not working.

2. No Visible Results Despite Consistent Use

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • You request it within 30 calendar days from the date of payment validation
  • You have completed at least 14 consecutive days of your personalized training plan
  • You can provide screenshots or screen recordings proving your completed sessions

Minimum training requirements:

  • For monthly plans: 14 sessions (at least 35 minutes per week)
  • For weekly plans: 7 sessions (no missed days)

We reserve the right to request this documentation before processing your refund.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are calculated based on the actual price you paid
  • Refunds for card transactions are processed within 2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account
  • If you received an incorrect product, we'll replace it at no charge
  • We are not responsible for issues related to your device, such as hardware failure or internet connectivity

Administrative Fees

If you are eligible for a refund, we may deduct a small administrative fee to cover transaction processing costs, where permitted by law.

EU Residents – Right of Withdrawal

If you reside in the EU, you acknowledge that by downloading or starting to use Elastica immediately upon purchase confirmation, you waive your right to withdraw from the agreement under EU distance-selling laws.

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined due to insufficient funds or exceeded credit limits, Elastica may charge you the actual costs incurred.
